Delete Your Mebo Account

This page lets Mebo users request deletion of their account and associated data without needing to reinstall or open the mobile app.

Delete From Inside The App

1. Open Mebo.
2. Go to Profile > Account and Security > Delete Account.
3. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address connected to your Mebo account with the subject line:

Delete Mebo account

We will verify the request and delete the account data associated with that email.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your Mebo account.
• Your habits, goals, books, reading progress, daily completion history, focus scores, and feedback references stored under your account.
• Your local app state after deletion is completed inside the app.
• Your membership, progress, and messages in joined group habits.

Group Habits

If you are the admin of a group habit, deleting your account will delete that group habit and remove its link from all members because the group cannot remain without an admin.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Some limited data may be retained only when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup recovery.
